elderflower tom collins

Ingredients
60ml Blossomed gin (can be replaced with Original or Quartz)
20ml Lemon juice
20ml Elderflower syrup
Ice
Mixing It
- Measure & pour the above ingredients over ice into a cocktail shaker.
- Shake and strain into a tall glass
- Top with chilled soda.
- Garnish with Elderflower or similar.

INGREDIENTS
- 30ml Curiosity Ruby Gin
- 10ml Aperol
- 10ml Lemon Juice
- Pink Prosecco or Sparkling Rosé
- Fresh rhubarb to garnish
HOW TO MAKE
- Place Gin, Aperol and lemon juice in an ice-filled cocktail shaker.
- Shake together vigorously.
- Strain into a large coupe or small wine glass filled with a handful of ice.
- Top up with pink Prosecco or Sparkling Rosé.
- Garnish with a fresh rhubarb stick or slice of lime.
